The National Association of Realtors and other studies now verify that over 75% of buyers now view the Internet before they select a realtor and start the process of viewing homes in person. That is why we will feature your home in two places on the Internet, our own Coldwell Banker website (www.coldwellbanker.ca), and on the Multiple Listing Service (www.mls.ca). Both of these websites will include pictures of your home.

Extensive Communication
We feet that you deserve to be informed on an ongoing basis about the status of your home. Therefore, we encourage you to set up appointments with us, where we will personally discuss your home. In these busy times do not hesitate to give us a call if you want an update or just to talk about your listing.

TO START

Here is a complete overview of what we plan to do to market your home to the best of our ability:

Complete the listing agreement
Receive and label keys
Measure the inside and outside of your home, and complete a property information sheet for use by our office
Create a feature sheet for display in our office complete with pictures, measurements. features, and strong points of your home
Display a picture of your home on our office window with a small paragraph advertising your home
Add your home to our Coldwell Banker website and MLS with as much information as we can while always protecting your privacy, to give your home the coverage it deserves. We will also advertise in local. regional, and in the Calgary Real Estate News papers.
Order a title search
Send you a letter expressing our appreciation along with a copy of your home's feature sheet for you to review and make any changes necessary
Install a Coldwell Banker Willow Creek Realty sign on your property

SHOWING PREPARATION

Review showing instructions with you
It is your decision as to whether or not we will install a key box on your property, and whether or not we will hold open houses to further expose your home

SALE PROCESS

Receive offers
Discuss and "negotiate" the offer between you and the buyer.
Monitor and remove conditions
